#Godse was born in a religious Brahmin family on 19th May, 1910 at Baramati : a city in Maharashtra. He naturally came to appreciate #Hindu Religion, history and culture. He merged with RSS wing of anti caste movement and actively articulated equal rights for everyone amongst Hindus. As infidelity and bigotry were frequently seen for the so called untouchables or the high or low caste in the society, Godse administered the necessary rebuke, aided and abetted for the needed.
Godse enraged, foment himself against the leap and sway of Gandhiji:
After the demise of Lokmanya Tilak, Gandhiji had a great influence over the country and the Congress. Even Godse was inspired by his ideologies and way of fight against the British. He believed in the heroic fight of Chhatrapati Shivaji against the Muslim despotism in India. He supported the right to overpower and kill aggressive Afzal Khan done by Shivaji. Seeing many other heroic leaders who fought against the British like Rana Prasad and Guru Gobind Singh, he started to feel the aura of Gandhiji as arrogant. Everyone at that time needed to accept the decisions taken by Gandhiji else would have to leave the Congress party if voice raised. He became the judge and jury for his own decisions. Godse understood that #Gandhiji can never accept that he was wrong with his decisions. Godse also understood that, Gandhiji was the final judge of what was right and what is wrong.
30th January : The Assasination of Gandhiji by Godse:
The Congress party did remarkably well in the provincial election of 1937, but the Muslim league also did well in the seats reserved for Muslims, not losing a single seat. Even then, Congress flatly refused to form provincial government in coalition with the Muslim League in the areas where the latter had some presence. This in all the six provinces, the Congress formed the government without the Muslim League. This soured relations between the Congress and the Muslim league further and just 3 years later, the league adopted its famous declaration at its Lahore meeting that demanded the partition of India and creation of the Muslim state of Pakistan.
This is what the congress party claimed to be #Freedom and #peaceful transfer of power where millions of human suffered carnage. The #HinduMuslim bubble finally burst at the cost of blood shed. As Godse was religious enough, one of the strongest reason of murdering Gandhiji was his fast unto death related to the mosque in Delhi occupied by the Hindu refugees while the Hindu slottered in Pakistan were not questioned by Gandhiji. This aroused anger within him.
Thus to conclude from the understanding of Godse, Gandhiji is called the Father of the nation and if so, why did he agree to the Nehru's compromising the nation from United to Divided India. How can a father agree on dividing it family? He failed on his policies of Hindu-Muslim unite and his paternal duties just to rule the country.
